This was purchased by my family over Forty years ago as part of a 160 acre parcel. This was the Wild West of Michigan with brothels and sidearms sported during hunting season. Organized crime was shut down years ago but this area remains historically significant. During segregation Baldwin was a Playground for the oppressed. Now it hosts ATV trails, fishing, hunting and all Season. Horses welcome Sports opportunity. Always a bit on the wild side The Property is a family tradition
