8-acre gentleman’s farm covered in beautiful, drooping Norway Spruce. 40,000 acres of state land accessible by dirt roads directly from the property. Equidistant from Traverse City night life and Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore. 2 miles from quaint downtown Lake Ann and Lake Ann Brewery. Small town Michigan at its finest. Choose to park on a level concrete pad near the horses and likely be woken up by our rooster, chickens and ducks, or pull back into the woods for a peaceful oasis and view of the back field. Running water and power available at the barn (no hook ups).Located just outside downtown Lake Ann, you can get a taste of small town Northern Michigan. Our farm is approximately half way between Sleeping Bear Dunes National Park and downtown Traverse City. Pull your camper onto a flat concrete pad next to the horse barn. Listen to the chickens, ducks, and the snorts of the horses. Tucked in the woods, the sounds of the city and traffic are nonexistent. Depending on the season fresh eggs may be available. 2nd site available tucked further into the woods for tent campers. Bring your boat, bring your dog, bring your wife. Perfect Northern Michigan getaway.

We loved how this site was secluded amongst the trees behind the farm. Very quiet, beautiful star gazing. The horses were friendly!

Really quiet, secluded spots back in the woods. A little close on the drive with tree branches scraping the van. Loved the woodsy privacy though.

We booked late in the evening and the host was most accommodating. Met us up front and showed us the various sites to choose from. Property was very quiet and peaceful

Beautiful spot for tent camping!
Tent
I loved tent camping on their land! It felt like being nestled in a really quiet pine forest. There’s a few campsites, no matter where you camp it is so, so quiet and peaceful. It was about a 20-30 min drive to some of the really popular hiking spots / lookout spots. I’d love to come back again in the fall when the leaves are changing.

Dillon was very responsive and accommodating to my last minute booking. there was plenty of space for setting up tents and plenty of trees for you to set up a hammock.
