Basecamp is turnkey RV camping at its best right on the banks of the North Branch of the Au Sable River. Walk down and access the river for world-class fly fishing and enjoy the quiet peaceful surroundings of northern Michigan. Basecamp is a fantastic 26 foot RV in mint condition that comfortably sleeps up to 2 people. It has a great floorplan layout with plenty of space and we provide everything you need for an easy totally turnkey RV camping experience.Basecamp is a completely turnkey RV camping experience. The RV and everything you need is waiting for you and you're just steps from the North Branch of the Ausable River and its world-class fly fishing. The RV is a 2023 KZ travel trailer that is in mint condition and 26 feet long and 8 feet wide. It has a queen size bed, full bathroom and kitchen and is fully hooked up to electric, water, and septic. Basecamp includes all the items and amenities you need such as linens, grill, cookware, eating ware, drinkware, cooking condiments, and outside chairs and tables. Basecamp also has Starlink Internet and WiFi, a smart TV for all streaming services, A/C, heat, outside hose, and comfy recliners to relax and a dinette table.
