Beautiful setting
It's a wonderful setting and great hookups for full hookup rigs. My only complaint had nothing to do with the campsite itself, it had to do with the neighboring campground to the south - Superior Times. On Saturday night they had some kind of band/performance going on and it was pretty loud and annoying for at least a couple of hours. We went to Erin's place for peace and quiet and that was not the case for part of the stay. Nothing Erin can do about that and I'm guessing she doesn't like it either.

We camped there in late Sept.. We were there by ourselves one day and had 2 other campers with us for 4 days. The land is nice covered, not open, near hiking, kayaking, and Munising, MI. A big rig did came in next to us that tore up the site because it was so large and loaded which also made our quiet disappear. Also, this property is adjacent to another camp resort that has live music, our time was Sat. afternoon til 9:00 pm

We loved the privacy of this stay. It was a huge bonus to have full hookups on site too! It was a convenient home base to explore the many options in this beautiful area. Erin was very responsive in communication.

Quiet 1 night
Quiet the night we stayed - Saturday. Only one other camper there. Au Train beach is close. Not far to drive into Munising. Full hook up appreciated and great firepit
with chairs.

We enjoyed our stay in Au Train. The lake is beautiful and the weather was perfect. We were late in the season (mid September) so we had the place to ourselves. It wouldn't be very private if it was full but still a lovely place and plenty of room.

AuTrain Lake Lodge RV Site 1
I love the rustic feel, but have all the full hook ups, plus WiFi. It was very quiet and relaxing. Definitely will be back and with the long pull through site, we can tow the trailer with our side by side. Bonus, beautiful fire pit, grill for cooking and the chairs around the fire. Well done.
