Located steps from Great Bay and a 2 minute walk to the ocean, this area is highly sought after because of its proximity to the Atlantic Ocean as well as the Heights Beach where there is always something going on. There is always something to do in Falmouth. There is a 30 amp RV hookup. Looking forward to having you stay!This is a perfect location for a van or small RV. Overlooking the calm warm waters of Great Bay which runs into Nantucket Sound/Atlantic Ocean approx 250-300’ from my property. Just a few min walk to beach and 10 min to popular restaurant/bar overlooking ocean w/Marthas vineyard in horizon. Island queen boat is a 35 min ride ; not far from my cottage. Ferry at Woods Hole is further away & takes cars on board. GREAT place to go; easy to explore in a day or just a ride over for lunch etc. There is a 30 amp hookup, it has what any van-lifer needs. Plus there is an outdoor shower. Any questions ….please ask before booking!
