Beautiful 15 acre working horse farm.  Panoramic view of a herd of rescued horses and natural wildlife. Excellent hiking/biking trails right off property into Nickerson State Park. Lots of shopping, organic farmers markets,  Cape Cod bay and ocean beaches, and much, much more! The property is set very far back from the road. 4 Private camping sites a short 2-3 min hike into the woods. 4 Camping sites in a community field setting. Campsites have their own fire pits. Toilets and outside shower for campers.

Julie is very considerate about our safety. We really appreciate her warm and kind hospitality when we stayed on her horse farm campground. She let us camp inside of an old stable when the campground was wet due to heavy raining. Moreover, she set up a small room for us to stay when outside temperature went chilly after raining. The camping site is also pretty and cozy. We do like it very much.

Great home base on the Cape
Great stop on the cape. Very nice hosts and a real treat to get to pet and feed the horses. Conveniently located near everything we wanted to do.
