Rustic cottage colony built in the 1940s on 5 acres of beachfront property.
9 cabins range in size from two to four bedrooms. They all have one full bathroom and one outdoor shower. The living area opens into the kitchen which is equipped with basic appliances, dishes and flatware (note: the kitchen equipment is not fancy, so many guests bring their own from home). On the beach side of the cottage is a screened in porch with picnic table for dining and a charcoal grill outside.
Guests bring their own food, coffee, bedding, towels, and toiletries.
It is important to consider the weather, as there is no temperature control, some nights require heavy clothing and blankets. Guests can bring space heaters and fans.

The private beach is a short walk, across the street and down a sandy path. Guests can leave chairs, umbrellas, kayaks, etc. on the beach for the duration of their stay.Cozy Cape Cod cottage. 2-4 bedrooms, one bath. Nestled in the woods, hear birds & breathe fresh air. Kitchen (oven, stove, fridge/freezer). Indoor/outdoor shower. Screened porch overlooks bay. Simple living (no AC/heat, wifi, tv). 6 stairs to entry, so accessibility may be a consideration for some. Unwind & reconnect!
