We are 1 mile from the C&O canal for bicycle riding, and 1 mile from Maryland Heights hiking trail, and two miles from the Appalachian Trail. This tiny house is on our 5 acre mini farm where we have a few animals and a small garden. Enjoy the outdoor fire pits, grill, and swing for relaxing and watching the deer pass by.

Great hosts! They did a super job with directions and answering questions. They were available if you needed anything but allowed plenty of privacy and space. Tiny house was well stocked and very clean

A great gettaway!
The Tiny House is efficient and cute! Tara was great to work with. She & Shawn provided useful info for hiking, where to park to bike the C & O, etc. Can even hike/walk into Harper's Ferry (there is a pedestrian bridge along side the railroad bridge). The tiny house shower was a bit short for 6' me, while the rest of the space worked well. Due to some issues with the AC during the crazy hot weather, they went above and beyond and switched us to one of their other rentals. Win win! Also great skies for stars, fire pit for smores, and three happy goats :-)

Tiny cabin living
Such a lovely time! Felt so close to nature while still having some internet access. It's not constant, but you don't stay here for the internet! Stay for the deer that graze while you're eating breakfast outside in the morning. Or in the rain the sound from the bed loft. Goats who need to tell you everything. And the sweetest yard cats. (Not barn cats, they keep to themselves). It is a tiny place. Two people can share it without much difficulty. It's perfect for a solo adventure. The shower is tiny, which is a given, but I didn't take proper scale into mind when mentally planning. I stayed multiple nights and was a little clumsy at first. I'd absolutely stay here again. Thank you both so much!
