Peaceful camping with privacy on a 160-acre historic farm! Minutes from Harpers Ferry, Antietam Battlefield and the C&O Canal to name a few. We are within an hour of Gettysburg or DC is within an hour and a half if you're planning a day trip. We have a prime central location with close access to so many things to do. This beautiful property is nestled in a narrow valley between Elk Ridge and South Mountain with incredible sunrises, sunsets and starlit night skies. Walk out to the fishing pond, or follow the trails around the pastures to meet the cattle grazing in our pastures. We have Scottish Highlands grazing in one of our pastures and Black Angus in another. We are a working farm so expect to see tractors and you may even see us baling hay or tending to the cattle. We enjoy talking to our guests so feel free to stop us for a chat.

Perfect get away!
This farm was beautiful! The water and electric hook up was great! The farm owner Kimberly was so great responded right away when you had a question! It was so fun(being a city rat) waking up to the cows mooing and the barn cat greeting g you! We loved it so much we added a day to our stay! The farm owner had gas beef firewood ice and charcoal for sale! Nothing like fresh eggs! Can’t thank her enough for this enchanting space!

Peace and Quiet - Perfect
This was my first time staying somewhere that’s not a campground and it was exactly what I was seeking. Quiet time in nature is what I want, not a “parking lot” stuffed with noisy campers and that’s what you get here. The location is exactly as described and I had everything I expected. I will definitely return.

Peaceful Pond Tent Campsite
Excellent Tent Campsite
We tent camped by the pond. It was perfect. Compost toilet (bring TP), fire ring and picnic table were there. Views are great and we really enjoyed visiting the Highland cows with the Host, Kim. She was great too. It was nice they sell firewood and ice on site in case you run out. Definitely camping there again! We loved it. Thank you, Kim.

Barn Bliss Bliss
We loved staying here in our RV! The farm was charming and interesting, a refreshing change of pace for us. The setting for the site was very private, we felt at home. The views were amazing. The cows and chickens and cat were a treat. The stars at night were amazing -- down to Kimberly was great and quickly responded to communications. The water and electric worked great. The only improvement would have been to have a port-a- john or some toilet access on site to help with our black tank. We used a nearby KOA for dumping waste.

Beautiful Farm and Amazing Host
The RV site on Kim’s farm was beautiful and quiet, a perfect spot to set up and enjoy the pastoral setting! The extra available amenities were a huge help as well. Kim and her family were some of the kindest, most generous people we’ve ever met while traveling, and went out of their way to help us out when we had some gear trouble while staying at their site. We will definitely be back!

Peaceful Pond Tent Campsite
Came back to this site and it was as great as we remembered. There is so much space to hang out and a peaceful pond to enjoy. There’s lots of cute shops and towns nearby but staying at the site is just as great.
