Great Experience! Navigation tip..
Great site and camping experience - will absolutely come again. Like other reviewers have mentioned, the property is designed to host large festivals but when those aren't taking place the campsites are well spaced out and private. Our particular site was beautiful with vehicle parking in the woods and room for several tents. A wooden table and an established firepit was available, as were porta-johns a few mins walk or very quick drive up the hill. AWD might be a requirement in wet conditions but only a nice-to-have at all other times as there are some bumpy dirt hills that need to be traveled on to get around the property. It rained extremely hard about an hour prior to our arrival and we had no problems in a Honda Ridgeline. Bundles of high-quality firewood are available for $10. For navigation: if you're using the app, the address listed in the instructions given to you is correct; if you click on the button to navigate which opens Google Maps, however, it takes you to coordinates that are in the wrong location. You should pull off of a normal road and immediately onto obvious festival grounds, not a long, narrow dirt road in the woods.

Highly recommend
I almost don’t want to tell anyone about this place. I loved it so much I want to keep this secret to myself. Ken the owner was very hospitable and very friendly. He has so much land and it’s easy to relax and not encounter another camper. We had our dogs off leash the entire stay. Our dogs loved the swimming hole with its crystal clear water. They have firewood and ice right on site. It’s a large fair ground style property with large fields and plenty of trees coverage as well. I highly recommend!!!

Field & Oak (site 1)
It's a mess. Stay away.
I agree with 2 of the previous reviews. This is not a family friendly site. We arrived to see tons of (emptied) trash barrels around. Some abandoned trucks, a dumpster and sheds with ice makers. A nice young fellow showed us our site and was picking up trash while doing so. Because the young fellow was nice, we decided to stay. Asked him if the showers were clean, he stated they were. We pitched our tent, and after we made dinner, we visited the showers....dirty underwear and linens hanging over showers and curtain rods. Old and filthy. After a walk over the open fields and finding small scattered trash and an occasional pile of empty beer cans, we decided to leave the next morning. Contacted the owner via Hipcamp, but he never responded. Stay away...it's a mess.

Field & Oak (site 1)
Trash and view of venue portapots
The site was part of a venue location where they had motorcycle and music shows. The field that the site overlooked had trash all over and it was blowing around. There are a bunch of venue port spots. The fire pit had rather fresh banana peels attracting flys. Not the vibe we had been planning the site didn’t mention anything about this. We pulled in at 7 pm and left 15 minutes later driving the 1.5 hours back home.
