We are an organic farm with 28 acres. There are a couple of ponds, a barn and other outbuildings. There are 2 seasonal streams bordering the property. We have a dog, 3 cats and quite a few chickens. Guests are welcome to pick seasonal products from the farm for free. Branch lake state park is a 10 min drive, Acadia National park is 1h drive, and there is a river for canoeing just a few minutes down the road.

Cozy yurt on a farm
The yurt was Nice and cozy! The hosts were friendly. The property was beautiful. If you know it’s going to be a hot night bring an extra fan. They did have a fan in the yurt but it was still pretty toasty. I feel like maybe a fall or winter trip would be perfect.

Cozy yurt on a farm
Great little spot! You have to put a log on the fire every 3-4 hours at night but it kept us nice and warm!

Wonderful location
I had a wonderful stay at Madeline’s. It was very peaceful and the sound of the brook nearby made for a perfect nights sleep. The close proximity to Acadia NP made this an ideal place to stay and avoid the crowds.

Camping in a blueberry field
Lovely space in a blueberry field. There is some road noise. The sunset was awesome!

Cozy yurt on a farm
I was actually in their absolutely beautiful yurt! It's an amazingly cozy setup. A beautiful little structure, greatly appreciated since it was raining the night I camped there! It's a cute little farm with a great view of the surrounding forested hills.
