Dan's interest in permaculture and food forestry led to the purchase of this 14-acre parcel off the beaten path on the outskirts of Hampden, Maine. A small cabin, a few outbuildings, a beautiful open meadow lined by old and new fruit trees with surrounding forest make up this place I like to call Stonecrop Meadow Nature Retreat. My background in hospitality makes hosting guests a great way to share this small piece of paradise.
