Stunning location & accommodations!

Our stay at this beautiful oceanfront yurt exceeded our expectations! We stayed there on my birthday and were in search of the Northern Lights, and Mother Nature did not disappoint! The location was private, clean and serene, and Alex and Linda thought of everything! I would highly recommend and hope to be back someday!

Linda and Alex’s seaside yurt in Lubec, Maine, is a true gem. The yurt offers beautiful ocean views, and the campfire setup adds a magical touch to the evenings. It’s the perfect place to relax, listen to the seagulls, and enjoy nature. The hosts are thoughtful, and the location is ideal for exploring the area. Highly recommend for a peaceful and scenic getaway!

This was a fantastic place to enjoy a beautiful holiday! I did not sleep overnight due to a scheduling conflict however I would highly recommend you do so. A perfect get away for a long weekend and the views are excellent.

The yurt site is indeed spectacular. It's well appointed with seaside chairs, a hammock and a great fireplace that makes open fire cooking very easy. Make sure to bring more water than you might suppose, since there is none there. The mosquitos are very healthy there. The yurt itself is downright posh.

A Peaceful Bayside Meadow
Tent · With kids
Linda and Alex's yurt and the land surrounding the campsite are a truly magical place that will live in our memories until hopefully we can return again someday. As long-time car campers, we haven't camped at another place that is at once so beautiful and also feels so secluded as this special spot. You encounter all sorts of birds in the flowery meadow surrounding the yurt, and the cool breezes of Cobscook Bay greet you by the shore. Linda and Alex were thoughtful hosts that communicated with us regularly as we navigated our arrival a day late due to an unfortunate car accident on the day of our check-in. The amenities that they offer inside the yurt and at throughout the campsite are thoughtful and much appreciated. Highly recommend!
