Owls Nest Camping Tent
We had a great time/stay! Cathy and Jeff were fabulous and even checked in on us to see if we needed anything. Space/tent was very clean and organized. The bathrooms were well kept and cleaner than some hotels we have stayed in. The area is remote and quiet and an easy drive to many places we want to visit. We even heard several Owls in the "Owls Nest" site we stayed at. What a treat!

Woodchuck Acres Campsite
Look no further this is the one!
Our stay at Woodchuck Acres was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by Cathy, who provided us with a personal and friendly tour of the campsite. Her warm demeanor immediately made us feel welcomed and at home.
The campsite itself is impressively spacious. We easily fit five tents and our SUV, with room to spare. The site also included a picnic table with a canopy, a fire pit, and plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The attention to detail in the setup truly enhanced our experience, making it feel like a perfect getaway.
One of the highlights of our stay was the stunning night sky. Being away from city lights allowed us to soak in the beauty of the stars—an experience that was both serene and awe-inspiring. It’s the kind of peaceful connection with nature that makes this campsite stand out.
Jeff and Cathy go above and beyond to ensure their guests have everything they need. They checked in with us daily, provided shower bags, and even offered free wood and toiletries, which was incredibly thoughtful in case we had forgotten anything. Their commitment to their guests’ comfort is truly commendable.
Overall, Woodchuck Acres is a well-kept, beautiful campsite that offers a perfect blend of peace, nature, and hospitality. We highly recommend booking here—you won’t regret it! We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Owls Nest Camping Tent
Highly Recommend!!
Wonderful visit and camping area! We stayed at Owls Nest for 3 nights and enjoyed every moment of relaxation that came with it. When we arrived we were greeted by Jeff and Cathy, who showed us around the area of the amenities: tent, netted cooking area (with everything you need to cook), and very clean bathrooms and shower stalls. We spent the days relaxing on the quiet porch, walking around their trails, and headed out to the local brewery which was so close and easy to get to. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back as this was such an easy and well accommodated camp site with beautiful surroundings.

Hummingbird Hideaway Tree House

The treehouse was such a fun experience! Highly recommend. Camp is super clean and the hosts are very friendly and they supplied so many items! Bathrooms were very nice and loaded with extra toiletry items. We can’t wait to go again !

Owls Nest Camping Tent
Amazing CLEAN campground!!
Amazing place!! Immaculate grounds, tent, showers and potties!! Seriously, I am a snob when it comes to clean. I also have a few health issues that I have to be aware of while staying places. I LOVE this campground. My husband and I and our 2 dogs stayed in the tent for several nights. The bed was comfortable, the tent was dry even through hurricane Debbie. Everything you could need was provided for you except your food. They give you water for washing dishes, putting out fires and showering. They give you all of your firewood. If you run out they happily provide more. They check on you once a day to make sure you have everything. We were greeted by Cathy and she walked us through showing us everything that we needed to know. They even provided a cooler at the tent site. Screened in kitchen area. Other sites might be different. So ask. We were fortunate enough to have the entire campground to ourselves the whole stay. People were worried about the rains understandably so. It worked out amazing for us!! Very nice people, beautiful spot for camping and if we get the chance we will return.
You won't regret it if you go. The tent yard had a ton of beautiful butterflies and dragonflies. An no critters, not even in the garbage.

Chickadee Corner Campsite
This place was beautiful, Linda and Jeff were awesome. The property is very well maintained and just gorgeous. Great central location and had everything we needed. I would love to come back and camp with the family.
