Truly private spot! This exceeded our expectations for being able to book last minute, privacy, fire ring with wood, picnic table, level spot for our van and access to miles of remote gravel roads for walking with our dog in between local road trips. Mountain View site is the left at the fork.

Lovely
Beautiful view of Mount chase. 1.5 hours from the south entrance of Baxter state park but very close to the north entrance. Love this quiet area. Lots of raspberries growing at the campsite! Water source a short walk away!

Beautiful private camping spots
I had a great time despite rain at the campsite! Highly recommend the Mountain View site as you have a beautiful view of Mt.Chase. Firewood and picnic tables were provided. Only thing I would suggest to the owners is to change the name of the campsite to Crystal Brook Campgrounds like the sing on the road says, in addition more clear instructions on arrival would be helpful, like signs or a drawn-up map on the campsite posting. Over had a great stay and would love to come back when the stars are out!

Easy to find, we were alone in the woods, far from the road, nice view on the mountain, best campsite I’ve seen
