Fern Side
This place was a dream! Laurie thought of everything someone could want or need and added sweet and thoughtful touches all around. She greeted me at the gate then showed me where everything was and how to use the shower, etc. To have a shower with hot water in a clean and private spot was amazing! The bed was comfortable, the picnic table covered and there were solar lights all around so I didn’t even need a flashlight when walking to the bathroom, where a motion activated light came on giving even more light. My only regret is that I didn’t have longer to stay to enjoy the place more, but that will hopefully be remedied soon! Choose one of the two glamping tents or one of the spots in the field to pitch a tent and play lawn games. You won’t be disappointed and Laurie is such a gracious and kind-hearted hostess that will make you feel like you’ve just made a friend. I didn’t get to meet her husband Dana, but he sounded like a great man and a hard worker too!

Fern Side
Fern Side was cozy and extremely relaxing. We had everything we could need and more to enjoy a night in the woods away from the city. I was especially surprised by all the touches - books to read, s’mores fixings, a lovely little outdoor kitchen area with plenty of cooking utensils, a grill for the fire that was sturdy and easy to use! Laurie and Dana were excellent hosts, they gave us privacy but were also very present and made sure to check-in with us. There were families with children staying in the other sites and we could barely hear them - we still felt like we had privacy. I would 100% stay here again, tons to do in the area and such a beautiful part of Maine!

Twin Pines Site
Laurie and Dana were very welcoming and helpful! My friends had a fun time with the provided lawn games. The tent site was also conveniently located near some of my favorite sights in Maine (like the Wire Bridge and Reed Brook). We would like to check out the glamping tents next time!

Field Of Dreams
Magical experience
I had the pleasure of staying at this campsite and it’s truly a field of dreams- it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by the host who kindly waited for me to check me in and show me the property even though I got there late at night . Her hospitality made me feel right at home. Her kindness and attention to detail were evident in every aspect of my stay, from the helpful information they provided about the local area to the little personal touches around the campsite. The beauty of the land is simply breathtaking. Each morning, I woke up to serene sounds and beautiful nature vistas. There’s a trail that takes you to a cute pond and and there are some other trails nearby that showcase the diverse flora and fauna of the area. The tents had everything I needed and can even be set to reveal a clear roof for stargazing, which added a magical touch to my nights. The restrooms and showers were clean and well-stocked, and the kitchen was thoughtfully equipped with everything a camper would need and more . The hosts were always available to assist with any questions or requests, making my stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Thank you Laurie ❤️ I’ll definitely be back
