We are nestled in the Green River Valley on 53 acres. The private camp site is on 3 acres surrounded by beautiful walnut trees ( hence the name “Walnut Grove”) with both a creek and river access making this location the perfect place to host a family camping get together! There is lots of nature trails for adventure walks. Also available are picnic tables, fire pit, grill, horse shoes, kayaks and canoe! So bring your tents and lounge chairs for a truly relaxing experience!Step back into simpler times here in south central Kentucky, nestled in Amish country on the Green River Valley! Come enjoy your very own campsite on the river with family and friends! Not only is there a river but also a beautiful spring fed creek that runs along the property and connects to the river! You will have plenty of room to roam, with lots of nature trails! Also, there is a fire pit, grill, hammocks, horse shoes, solar lights for extra lighting, and rentals available for kayaks and a canoe for you to enjoy! Close by are local amenities. We are located between the Green River Lake and Lake Cumberland and offer a shuttle service for local kayak day trips for an extra charge. Come and enjoy nature at it’s best and making memories that last!
