Learn more about this land: We are in the process of building a campsite for all types of campers on 14 acres but we are in the VERY beginning stages so it is just the land for now. The property is right next to downtown but secluded enough for privacy The beautiful Salt Lick creek runs through our property which provides a short kayak or canoe trip to the beautiful Ohio River. There is a boat dock across the river from the property with a park as well. We are working on repairing the oldest walking bridge in KY which is at the entrance of our property. The 3 bedroom house will be listed soon for $119 during the week and $129 on weekends.
