Cabin #2
Too expensive for what you get
Cabin mostly neat and clean on inside, but the frig had leftover jug in it and kurig not empty. Drinking Water was only available thru a hose that is run up into an outdoor sink. Outhouse not great.
The cabin beds very soft and springy but the cabin kept us cool and dry in pouring rain.
Ducks leave poop all around the grounds and on the porch. Cabin well stocked with good coffee pods, towels and blankets

Great Spot!
We loved this little cabin and would definitely stay here again! It was clean, the heat/AC worked fabulously, the property was a beautiful space to explore, and the location was ideal! The shower was not operating but we didn't care. A towel would have a been helpful for washing up in the sink, but we made due with a blanket.

Very cozy spot close to Lexington. We were there in the winter, but I want to come back and check it out in the spring.

Cabin in the woods near town!
Lovely cabin and wooded landscaping and creek surrounding cabin area. Felt like country but close to town. Minisplit heater kept things cozy. Portapotty clean, did the trick. Shower nozzle needs replacing, didn’t work I’m afraid. Otherwise nice economical place in a pretty location. Thanks!

Close to the city, under the stars!
I loved my stay at this little tiny home/cabin. It was clean and cozy. The bed was very comfortable, AC kept the room cool during 90 degree days. The tin roof though loud during the rain, was soothing and kept me dry during a couple days of down pours. The outdoor shower provided piping hot water. The port-o-potty clean and stocked. I enjoyed the fire pit and seating under the stars at night. I needed Wi-Fi to work remote a bit, and it worked sufficient enough which allowed me to extend my trip a and tour about bourbon country and Lexington in between meetings. I thought I read checkout was “by 11”, but then got a direct message at 9am saying it was 10am which made me feel a little rushed. Maybe just confirm time for yourself? As far as area things to do: definitely do the Keeneland tour. Castle & King Distillery, & Equus Run Winery were beautiful places to get your steps in while sipping on a cocktail or glass of wine. Blue Door BBQ, Joelle’s Fried Chicken and Smithtown Seafood if you’re on a budget but want to eat Lexington local! Cindy was very nice, accommodating, and responsive. Thank you!! I hope to be back soon for Keeneland racing days.
