I love the lack of other people when camping. The light pollution was minimal so star gazing was very good. I was a little confused about where to camp but that’s on us due to our late arrival. If I’m in the area again we will definitely go here.

Arrived late after dark but the Ely said that was alright and left the gate open for us. We left before sunrise to get back on the road but slept fine in our tent next to the barn. Lots of wildlife surrounding us and very rural!

Peaceful place

I really enjoyed my stay on Ely’s land. It’s very peaceful and secluded while also being easy to locate. There’s plenty of wildlife to enjoy, especially birds. My Britney loved it. 10/10 would recommend.

We were traveling and would be getting into the camp late. Before booking, I sent a message to the host asking if a late arrival would be ok. They said it was fine and I booked the site. Once we arrived, the entrance gate was chained and locked. Based on other reviews the site and host seem great but unfortunately, we paid and did not get to stay.
