Geist Family Farms is a beautiful, peaceful 25 acres just north of Topeka, Kansas. The property features a well-stocked pond, wooded area with a creek, firepit, large fishing dock, and sandy swimming beach. Enjoy fishing, swimming, kayaking, camping, campfires, walking trails and exploring this peaceful property. There is only one campsite on property offering a private, safe and fun experience exclusively for you and your group. Geist Family Farms is 15 minutes from downtown Topeka, 10 mins from grocery store, and only 5 mins from gas, restaurants and conveniences. Owners live on-site, and are available when needed. Pets are allowed. Please make sure you pick up after them.Pop up your tent or park your RV right next to the private pond. Bring your fishing gear and cast a line into our well-stocked pond. Picnic tables and a fire ring are provided for your use. The swimming beach and sturdy wooden dock are perfect for fun in the sun. Privacy provided, however, owners live on-site and are available as needed.

Private Pondside Spot

Lovely spot with a pond and ~1 mile of trails that was perfect for camping with our dog. The owner’s house is in line of sight from the main area but it still felt very private. Allie and Ryan and their kids were so kind and the toilet (shower too, though we didn’t use it) in the barn was a nice amenity.

Private Pondside Spot

Allie and Ryan are such a nice couple! They are very accommodating. The land was beautiful and it’s such quick trip to the nearest gas station or Walmart if you need any supplies (they do have extra ice and firewood as well as other items for purchase if needed without leaving the spot). It was a wonderful stay to get away from the busy city life. The pond is teeming with fish and the catfish were especially fun to catch! We utilized their boat and kayak, which was so nice, and also took a float on our lounge floatie to cool off in the warm afternoons. Was a great weekend getaway!

Private Pondside Spot

We had a great time camping at Geist family farms! It was clean, well maintained and the fishing can't be beat! Our 4 year old grandson caught his 1st fish and it was a great big catfish! He had a blast! Directions were spot on and hosts kept in touch but had their own thing going so it was as if we were the only people and dogs around! Would be a great spot to bring a group of kids who wanna fish! Thank you for allowing to use your spot for our fun!
