Up-and-coming Christmas tree farm sits near the Iowa River (1/4 mile away). Up to 7 electrical hookups. In between two smaller towns (Alden and Iowa Falls) with restaurants and things to do. We have a big gravel lot. Christmas trees, timber, and a creek to explore. A nice peaceful setting to enjoy with friends and family.12786 H Ave, Alden, IA - The RV hook ups (30 and 50amp) are in a horse shoe position to hook up rvs with water near by. We have picnic tables and 3 fire rings for our guests along with firewood which is part of the deal. Big tree swing & Pets are allowed but occasionally the farm dog Jazzy is out there (German shorthair) we can bring her home if needed she’s pretty calm and keeps the deer away!

My wife and I live full time in a RV while we travel for work. This is by far the best place we have stayed along our journey. Hosts are hospitable and the site is private. Everyone in the area should stay here.

Clean, Spacious, and Safe

Such a good spot to spend the night! It was super easy to find, spacious, and had lots of areas for hanging out. There's plenty of room for quite literally any camper or rv!
