Sleek Acres is a total of 13 acres, which includes our homestead, our chicken yard and barn, a fishing pond, and over 6 secluded acres to the back of the property where guests can explore. There are hungry catfish and bass in the pond who are always happy to be fed. Fishing is allowed, but catch and release only (under 12"), please! Mr. and Mrs. Quackers live on the pond and will happily greet you as you walk to the beach. Relax on the beach in the morning as you enjoy your coffee and watch the fish and turtles swim in the pond. Our chickens are happy to take care of any food leftovers you don't want! You can walk right up to the fence and they will greet you. We have an area for a community campfire or bring your tripod and cook over the open fire. Some firewood is provided, and additional firewood is available for purchase. A charcoal grill is available for cooking use also. You may see deer, fox, groundhogs, and many beautiful birds in the camping area. We are still in the development phase, but walking trails will be added this fall. We have built a bathhouse so that tent campers will have access to a toilet and shower. A wash station is located outside the bathhouse. Located central to many destinations, we are 5 minutes from All-Sports Koontz Lake; 10 minutes from Plymouth, plenty of shopping and home of the Blueberry Festival; 10 minutes from Walkerton, home of the Falloween Fest; 25 minutes from Valparaiso; and 50 minutes from Notre Dame. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing place to camp, yet close to many attractions, Sleek Acres is the place to be! :) (Please note: Check in and check out times will be based on central time.)

What a lovely stay!
Lisa and Earl were both great hosts. They were great to talk to and enjoyed all the help that they provided us. We stayed for the lovely Blueberry Festival and had such a great time relaxing at their property. This is an ideal place to stay and enjoy the beautiful view of their property. Next time, we will certainly be staying for longer as we wished we could’ve enjoyed it more. They were very accommodating and helped us with anything we needed. Definitely recommend staying here!

Great Stay with Lisa
Great trip. Lisa treated us very well. Provided firewood and newspaper when asked and brought us straight to the campsite. Would definitely go back. The water was warm in the shower and they made sure we knew we were well taken care of.

I highly recommend camping here. We had a great time. The owners are some of the nicest people I've ever met. The pond was full of fish. I’ll definitely go back.

Wonderful Camping Weekend
If these sites are available, book NOW. We just returned home from a 3-night stay at Sleek Acres and are already planning our next trip. We didn’t know what to expect because we’re new Hipcampers but Lisa and Earl set the bar standard. We were greeted with the most heartwarming welcome and kindness! Their sites are private, quiet and EXTREMELY well-kept. They have a gorgeous private pond that we enjoyed every morning. The kids fed the fish, fed the ducks and played in the sand. Our toddler has a sensory issue and he was able to enjoy sand on his feet and hands without it being overwhelming. If you enjoy fishing, you won’t be disappointed! There’s a separate bathroom/shower available for use that was convenient and CLEAN. They also have farm fresh eggs that were incredible so make sure to get some if you can. We couldn’t ask for a safer location to stay for the Blueberry Festival for the kids and to be able to relax afterwards. The hospitality, the atmosphere and most importantly, the hosts will be missed until next time!

Cozy Camper
Superb camper stay under the stars!
We loved our night in the cozy camper. Our hosts were gracious and the space was comfortable, clean, and equips with everything we needed. The added perks of the lake with ducks to feed, chickens with fresh eggs for breakfast, and firewood for the campfire made for an effortless and enjoyable getaway. The stargazing was superb! And the convenient location was nice. The tent sites looked spacious and inviting. 10/10 recommend and would like to return.
