They were very attentive to everything. I got lost on the way in, they came and found me. It was quaint. The tents were well situated. The outdoor kitchen was cool. The food was mighty tasty. I was extremely tired from traveling so it was peaceful and I slept so well. I will return when I'm in the area again. Thanks so much.

Loved it
I loved my stay at this camping! I would've stayed another night but we were on a schedule. Brian was so kind and deserves a 10000/5 stars! We had everything we needed, and felt safe. He showed us everything we needed to know and was really easy to communicate with. Probably would not recommend it for families with children but if you are adults and want to have a quiet and nice spot to camp, this is the place! His food was delicious and the donkey and the goats were so cute and funny. Thank you again Brian!

Great Experience!!
Our family came here for Father's Day weekend and had a wonderful time!! Our host Brian was so kind and so very hospitable the whole time!! The food he cooked for us was absolutely delicious and so many different choices!! The outside bar was super awesome with such a wide variety of drinks to choose from!! The trails and scenery were absolutely beautiful. Our family truly enjoyed every minute of our stay and will definitely come back again!!

Camp Carrasquillo
Absolutely the best campsite I've came across. The entire camping area was beautiful, including the historically themed cabin. Brian was an amazing host to boot.

Camp Carrasquillo
Not private, bad vibes
This trip started out with a definite lack of info - the listing description was confusing, there were no check in instructions provided, and the host did not list the actual address until I messaged to request it. When we arrived we found that the “dispersed” campsites were right on top of each other on a very narrow piece of land. The whole set up is on a very steep hill, with muddy uneven terraces cut into it that barely leave room for your tent, especially if you want your it to be more than 6 inches away from the next person’s tent. The shared bathroom and the kitchen are side by side in a camper in the host’s driveway, so the kitchen isn’t actually very usable unless you want to cook 3 feet away from some stranger while they use the tiny toilet that’s only covered by a shower curtain. And if someone does brave the kitchen, then it’s a very awkward time for anyone who needs the toilet. The host had a stocked “cash donation” communal outdoor bar area that we definitely did not feel comfortable partaking in. But other campers did - in fact, most of them stayed up all night loudly partying. Some didn’t go to bed until 6am or later. Between that and the donkey that randomly screamed throughout the night and day, we didn’t get much sleep. I’m grateful that this site was one of the few that didn’t jack prices up for the eclipse, but I definitely would not camp here again. It felt unsafe and uncomfortable.
