If you 're looking for a bright and cozy *on the grid/ off the grid* scenario, our casita/little studio apartment with all of the necessary furnishings for a weekend away may be the perfect spot for you and yours! Located in the historic neighborhood of Irvington on the east side of Indianapolis, the spaces is fully furnished and warmly insulated with A/C/heat mini split, internet, electric, microwave, toaster oven, mini-fridge, drinking water, composting toilet and water basin. We love this third space in the beauty of our backyard and are happy to host folks who are looking for an off-the-grid but on-the-grid alternative stay while visiting Indianapolis!If you 're looking for an *on the grid / off the grid* scenario, our casita with all of the necessary furnishings for a weekend away may be the perfect spot for you and yours! Located in the historic neighborhood of Irvington on the east side of Indianapolis, the spaces is fully furnished and warmly insulated with A/C/heat mini split, internet, electric, microwave, toaster oven, mini-fridge, drinking water, composting toilet and water basin. Please note: There is no shower or laundry available, making this a place best suited for a two-ish night stay. The bed is a full sized pull out sofa with new mattress and slats (very comfy) and there is a twin size folding mattress with sleeping bag and pillow provided for guests. Parking for guests is available on the street. The casita is walking distance to Irvington's main strip with restaurants and pubs and about 10ish minutes to downtown by car. We will be available by the app messenger and phone throughout your stay to answer questions you might have, but otherwise will let ya be. We love this third space in the beauty of our backyard and are happy to host folks who are looking for an off-the-grid but on-the-grid alternative stay while visiting Indianapolis!

Bright & Cozy Casita in Irvington
A wonderful place to stay! Very easy to access while feeling extremely private. Plenty of amenities allowed us to live our weekend almost like home. We look forward to utilizing this gem on our trips to Indy going forward. Thanks yall!!!

Unique and Cozy
Lauren and Mike were the most caring and kind hosts ever. They made sure I had everything I needed for my stay and were super easy to communicate with. I loved what they did with their tiny home and plan on coming to visit them again soon. The location is great too, only 10 min away from the downtown, but felt so chill and low key at the same time. Loved it! Much more unique experiencing and way more affordable one too than staying at the hotel. Highly recommend.
