Welcome to Wheat & Beans, a charming farmhouse property constructed in 1900! Situated close to town yet nestled in a tranquil setting, this property offers a serene getaway for your vacation. As you explore the surroundings, you'll be captivated by the breathtaking views of Moscow Mountain to the East and stunning sunsets to the West. The property is enveloped by picturesque farmland, featuring lush fields of wheat and Garbanzo Beans, creating a scenic backdrop that truly embodies the essence of rural living. One of the unique aspects of our property is the presence of our friendly and curious barn cats. They add a touch of charm and may even join you on your adventures around the grounds. Additionally, our free-roaming chickens contribute to the idyllic atmosphere as they meander through the property, creating a delightful and authentic farm experience. To ensure your comfort and convenience during your stay, we provide essential amenities such as water, a 50 amp hook-up, and a dump station located at the parking area. Please note that there is a slight hill on the property, which may require some RV leveling. As you explore the grounds, you'll notice the trees and grain bins that not only provide shade and relief from the wind and sun but also add to the rustic charm of the property. You can enjoy leisurely strolls amidst the peaceful greenery or simply relax and bask in the tranquility of the surroundings. Whether you're seeking a serene retreat or an opportunity to experience rural farm life, our RV parking offers a delightful blend of comfort, natural beauty, and a touch of farmyard enchantment. Come and create lasting memories in this idyllic setting! Ask about event space in the BarnOur property is a work in progress as we tame the plot of land and update 1900 farmhouse. We are learning as we get to know the rhythm of the Palouse and the surrounding farmland. The RV plot is tucked under the trees next to the grain bins. Watch the sunrise over Moscow Mountain and take in the sunsets over the western rolling hills. It's wide open out here, with plenty of room to breathe. There is a Tiny home site on the west Side of the trees and grain bins. This area and its patio/firepit are for the Tiny Home residents and not intended for Wheat and Beans RV guests. 50 amp service at the site. Bring an adaptor if you need 30amp or 110v service. 4” threaded dump station at the site Water at site We are living in the house. There are a couple of barn cats that may come out if they get curious or want to hunt. We have a small Yorkie that mostly stays inside and a few chickens in various out-buildings. We also have a larger dog that will be in his pen or leashed during your stay. The RV spot is on a slight slope and will need leveling. Don’t hesitate - book this spot now

Great Spot - easy access. A quiet spot a few rolling hills back from the Hwy. Older farmstead that is being brought back to life. The hosts are superb! We will be back regularly while our kids are attending the University.

Great location with beautiful views, especially during sunset. The hosts are welcoming but give you your privacy. This was our second time camping here and we will definitely be back.

Rolling hills and beautiful sunsets

We loved staying at Grain Bin RV! The setting is picturesque - rolling wheat and bean fields, a gorgeous sunset view, quiet and peaceful. The location is easy to find and just minutes from town. The family is extremely kind and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Camping on a cute family farm

Super cute little farm, family and animals. Mister Finn was adorable, Perry the little yorkie is adorable and very friendly, and all the chickens. My child became the chicken whisperer and now we need to buy a farm. If you’re lucky you’ll see someone fly their plane overhead. It was pretty cool to see and beautiful with the blue open skies and green pastures in the background. Nic and Tink were very friendly and welcoming. Definitely going to stay here again! Our dogs loved all the surroundings and pets/loves.

We had a great time on Nick’s beautiful property! They even had pumpkins around the perimeter of the camping spot for decoration. He met us when we pulled up and directed which way would be the easiest to park, as well as provided an assortment of electric adapters. I swore we had a 50 to 30 amp but found multiple 30 amp to 110 adapters instead ~ this was an amazing touch! The dogs and I took a walk down the road around sunset and it was a great escape not too far outside the city at all. Chickens and barn cats (such friendly barn cats too!!) came to say hi but were a little wary once they saw our dogs. Overall a great experience!!
