Named one of the best Hipcamps to visit in 2023.
We do not provide hook-ups but there is a gas station not far from the ranch that provides clean-outs. We provide excellent clean water and an extension cord. We also provide some of the friendliest cutest animals to visit. This is self-check-in so find your clearly marked site and park. You are on a livestock working ranch with well taken care of animals. We will greet you when we are able do so. We purchased this wonderful 40 acre ranch in our retirement years. We had never done ranching or farming before and wanted a new experience with this gift called life. Being long time hard working Alaskans and living the Alaskan Adventure we could see no reason to be in our golden years and not have another adventure. Our many different animals provide us with entertainment and a purpose. Mini Donkeys asking for a bum rub and braying for breakfast always brings a smile. Alpacas, Llamas and Valais Black Nose Sheep, provides us with beautiful rugs from their own fiber that we sell in the Seven Stars Store. The rest of the hats, gloves, blankets and wonderful socks come from Peru. Mini horses that love to be brushed and even have their hair braided all make for an unusual experience. Our business is run on an honor system, and we ask that you practice the following: Be Good Stewards Of The Animals Be Good Stewards Of The Land Be Good Stewards Of The People Who Cross Your Path On Their Journey If you are looking for an animal adventure we might be a great spot for you as our business is how we take care of all of our friends on the Seven Stars Ranch. We welcome you, Sonia, Andy, and the 77 heartbeats

We had a very fun time at Seven Stars Ranch. The owners were very friendly and encouraging of being with the animals and having a great time. The facility is very nice and well maintained. All of the animals were friendly and nice with kids under 10.

Stargazing and sheep hugs!
We absolutely loved our experience camping here! The land is tucked away and feels remote while still being close enough to the highway to stop for one night on a road trip. The sheep were my favorite! They were so friendly, especially the ram! He leaned into my neck pets. Stay in spot 3 if you want to be right next to the pasture. They seriously have the worlds nicest pot a potty. I can’t believe I’m even mentioning it, but it was so clean and nice, with a cute flower display and artwork. The stargazing was top notch, especially if you tuck into one on the many spots away from the few porch or barn lights! I’d love to stay at Sonia’s Seven Stars ranch again!

Better than the pictures!
Great site with lots of nice amenities and clean facilities. It’s a well-manicured piece of property and the owners clearly know what a cool place they have and take great pride in it. Sonia gave me heads up when they were moving animals, letting me know when there’d be good photo ops, and offered lots of opportunities to interact with the amazing animals they have. Would absolutely go back

Great hosts and a really fun place!
Wonderful place! We all had a great time. The area is beautiful, the farm is incredibly clean and all the animals were really fun to hang out with. Our kids especially loved visiting with the goats and mini horses. Andy went out of his way to help us fix a propane issue with our trailer, which was amazing. They were both very accommodating.

We had our pop up trailer at Sevens Star Ranch - such a beautiful place to stay with access to so many animals! Our girls had a blast. The hosts were responsive and welcoming. We would definitely come back!
