Indian Mountain Glamp Camp TentSite
Beautiful, but not for tent camping
A few talking points: 1. The hosts are very nice! We had some issues getting there before the sunset. 2. If you would like to be in the sticks this is the place. 3. If you stay here, I recommend the yurt it’s beautiful. 4. Do not camp with a tent. The whole place is on a slope. We ended up pitching a tent in the driveway next to a rundown trailer. We were pretty disappointed that this wasn’t designated tent sites. If you are looking for designated tent sites I recommend Camp Couer d’Alene. But the couple did refund us, and no hard feelings.

I loved the glamp site! So often the photos can seem nicer than the real thing, but in this case they didn’t do it justice. The view was breathtaking, the tent and bathroom were spotless. I highly recommend it.

Indian Mountain Glamp Camp Lakeview
Overall we had an adequate stay. It was difficult locating the site, and we were disappointed there was no note of the site being on/ or close to an Indian reservation (according to road signs). This site seemed more of a regular camping experience than “glamping.” The site was not as luxurious as we anticipated for the price. The beds are air mattresses so they were not the most comfortable. The grass was unmaintained all around the thin path to get to the bathroom and the camp fire site. Making it difficult to get around and not proving a neat area. There was also no lighting provided inside the tent other than two dimly light lanterns that required batteries which weren’t installed (we had to go purchase) and a charger box with a light that also did not work at arrival. We also could not get the water to work in the restroom and there was no close showers we could locate. The view was the best part. If you’re looking for a private, real camping experience with a great view this is your site. Otherwise, I thought it was pricey for what it is and it is located 20 minutes from anything decent like food or recreation, and even further for a shower.
