This memorable place is anything but ordinary. A retired Western Pacific Train Caboose built in 1955 turned into a complete tiny home. Located in the once bustling Menan Produce Rail Yard. Still a business center in small town USA. Great place for 2 adults & 2 kids. Just Inside the train is mini bunks & full bed, kitchen with Bar-top, living room, & fabulous bathroom. Just down the road from a fantastic restaurant, the Teton house. Or some fantastic hiking trails, like an extinct volcano you can hike up and around the rim! Enjoy a bit of history, adventure, & charm on your next trip. It's an open floor plan typical for tiny homes. You walk into the dining bar. On opposite side are the kids MINI bunks. (Not standard twin size. They are 28x63") including train books and a set of train toys tucked under in a tool bag. Continue walking into the kitchen. Equipped with mini fridge, microwave, hot plate, dinner wear, and cooking basics. You'll transition into the living room with beautiful bay windows on each side and cozy velvet couch. That leads us to the a master suite. Comfortable full bed, TV, and reading sconces. With access to the patio. This outdoor space includes a propane grill, dining, patio furniture, and relaxing accommodations. Evening lights offer great ambiance to relax and visit. The guest have access to the train, patio, and parking space. Some insider information that may be helpful: This is a tiny home. So there are some unconventional layouts or systems that are part of the experience. It's also located in an industrial area of a farming community. You may see trucks, semis, trailers, campers, and farming equipment rolling by early in the morning or late at night depending on season. Its very dark when you pull up. "Early to bed, early to rise." Community. But do not worry, it is a very safe area with exterior security system. This memorable place is anything but ordinary.
