Trestle creek is a protected Bull Trout spawning ground as well as other fish including the annual visit from the Kokanee Salmon each fall. Creekside tent Site #1 is located right at the edge of Trestle Creek, has ample space for two or three tents, a fire pit, picnic table, and parking space for two vehicles. Relaxing sounds of Trestle Creek 10 feet from your tent. Ample lake, hiking, and fishing opportunities in the summer, hunting in the Fall, and close to snowmobile trails and skiing in the Winter. One mile from Trestle Creek Rec. area with picnic, swimming, lake and boat launch. 4 miles from Snowmobile parking and miles of trails. Our working homestead has the occasional sound of animals(cats, chickens ,dogs), tractor, chainsaw and sometimes shooting.

Kokanee Site #2
The sites are well kept, but not as private as expected. The access road traffic is pretty heavy. The site is geared more to the younger crowd, especially those taking advantage of Trestle creek rec area. Andy communicated responsively. Access trail to the creek would be nice, cedar fencing for more street privacy. This is not a negative review, I’m sure this site would work fine for others. Note, we did try the local pizza place, it was great.

Cutthroat Site #1
Our favorite weekend getaway!
Once again, this place is the best! We stayed in the lower spot again and brought our kids with us this time and rented the top spot (#2) for our friends. We loved watching the kids hunt for awesome black slugs, explore in the woods, marvel at the starry sky, and balance on stones by the water. No sound machine necessary, the creek sounds made all of us sleep like tanks. We will be back for a third time I'm sure!

We had a great stay, and wish we could have stayed longer! It was a very relaxing site with the sounds of the creek nearby. And Andy provided lots of nice little extras such as firewood and s'mores. Definitely hope to return!

Creekside camping with Kokanee!
We absolutely adored this spot! It was quiet and comfortably set up. It was accessible while also feeling private. We are going to recommend this spot to others and definitely be back next year!

Perfect campsite. The owners have created a beautiful space. Being right next to the creek was so relaxing. We even got the surprise of seeing a ton of Kokanee going upstream to spawn! We will definitely be back!

We loved staying at this campsite! It was so relaxing to be right next to the creek. We saw tons of Kokanee fish in the water. Hosts were so thoughtful by providing games, a s’mores pack, and stopping by to say hi. Will definetely stay here again!
