Seaview Sweetspot
The property had everything you could need. Very comfortable studio and two adjacent buildings for the toilet/outdoor shower and kitchen. There were neighbors close by but the community is quiet and the coqui frogs at night drowns out any noise. Criss left a note with local recommendations for food and activities. Some of which we would never have known about otherwise and were truly spectacular. There’s even a community drum circle every Sunday night which gave us a taste of the community feel outside of just tourists. Highly recommend anyone one who enjoys more simple and affordable accommodations in a truly beautiful part of the big island. We would stay here again and recommend to our friends!

Great location
We really enjoyed our stay. Criss was sweet! The cabin was in a great location. The kitchen was nicely set up with all the essentials. I struggled with the gas stove but figured it out with hubby’s help. We loved the nature and access to beaches. We would definitely recommend staying here to family and friends.

Perfect spot for me
This was a perfect spot for me. Close to Kehena beach and very quiet. I enjoyed the outdoor shower and being by myself. Thank you for a great spot to stay.

Indeed a sweet spot!
Comfortable off the grid place. Quiet. What we needed for a home base to explore Big Island. Hipster little community. Criss had great suggestions we’d have never known otherwise. Really enjoyed our stay!!

Seaview Sweetspot
My daughter and are grateful for the simple accommodations provided by Criss and really enjoyed our stay. Criss’s place is conveniently located close to several wonderful places - we spent time jumping the waves at Kehena beach, relaxing in the Isaac Hale park, watching the waves off the cliffs at Mackenzie park, and marveling at the lava flow and the cliffs of Kalapala and Kaimu beach. Even got to partake in the Sunday drum circle.😀
