Nice and close walk to downtown Pahoa. Spend your evening with local music events and in the heart of down town walking distance from Food and several bars. There are local food spots such as, Kava bar. Enjoy various live downtown music shows. Relax yourself with no need to drive. Bonfire's are welcome. We have solar power and lights and a charger station. A public shower is a few blocks away at the public pool.Nice and close walk to downtown Pahoa. Bonfire's are welcome.  Public shower is a short walk away at Pahoa pool phone charger station and portable toilet on site

It’s very affordable and well equipped. Just maybe too complicated and too muddy for a tent. Yet the site is lovely

Do what you want just dont ruin the land and respect your neighbors what more could you ask for. Loved my stay there hope yo come back eventually.

Definitely great to have a cheap and convenient place to pitch a tent, and the price is right. Lots of jungle plants and noisy frogs was cool ambiance. It was really muddy, so I didn’t feel too inspired to try to hang out and cook in camp but maybe I could have tried harder. Pahoa is a fun town with music and food and such on a little downtown strip. Also enjoyed the public pool and visiting nearby attractions around Hilo.

The site was exactly as Andrew described! It has been safe and a beautiful spot to be at. I really enjoyed my stay!
