Beautiful Private Secured Land, over 2 Acres in Haleiwa. Property is located in the heart of Haleiwa. You can either walk, bike or drive to local stores, restaurants and bars. Property is secured by two gates. There is a beautiful river located along the property line. There is compostable toilet located on property, and a picnic table. The property and HIPCAMP area now has a shower and a nozzle for drinking water! There are some chickens and roosters on property, so at times you may hear them clucking and crowing. Guests are expected to be kind, and respectful to neighbors and land. Please keep noise down at 9PM. Please clean your trash. Parties are not acceptable; however guests can create small campfires and use picnic table. Please make sure fire is OUT. Guests who are camping must contact host for gate codes, details and instructions.

Chiarina was quick to respond to all messages and gave us detailed information on how to get to our site, which was a bit confusing to get to as we were navigating in the dark. The sites were clean and maintained and the bathroom area was nice and clean, same with the patio table seating area. We would definitely stay here again I would suggest maybe adding some lights to help guide to the right driveway and being able to see the numbered rocks a little better.

We liked our stay at Chiarina‘s. The community offered a quiet and calm spot to camp. Unfortunately, compared to the price per night and compared to the other camping spots on Oahu we‘ve been to, the restroom was rather unclean and we couldn’t use the lovely seating due to thousands of ants.

I loved the secluded and quiet peace that this site offered, even though you are quite close by to the main road leading into Haleiwa! The site might be a little confusing to find at first, but just follow the host’s directions and I suggest coming during the daylight hours, at least for the first day. No one else was staying there that night so we had the patio and bathroom amenities to ourselves! It was really nice to have a little campfire under the monkey pod tree. Protect against mosquitos and bring bug spray!

Nice stars, lots of pokeys

We liked the toilet, the hangout area with sink, and the goats. It was a nice place to see the stars from, and it's very close to Haleiwa town. Host is very responsive (toilet was clogged when we arrived, and someone came to clear it within a few hours). We didn't like all the pokeys/stickers in the grass (you will need to bring a tarp to put your tent on; otherwise they will poke through.) We were told not to set up tents under the trees (otherwise at our own risk). Also be prepared for mosquitoes. One thing that wasn't clear to me from the listing is that the site is per car.

Such a magical place! We loved this little farm and campsite tucked away on the north shore but conveniently located near town. The owners were very accommodating.
