Birds, butterflies, and bunnies
Connie‘s farm felt like home. She is a very welcoming host and the property is comfortable and beautiful this time of year with the fall colors. Her animals are closer to the house, so there is literally no animal odor and you can’t see them or the house from the campsites . The pond adds to the overall tranquility. There is a nature trail loop to totally immerse yourself in the woods. I highly recommend.

Great Place
Connie has a great property and is an attentive host. She was super helpful with directions to our spot as she was not on-site when we arrived. The spot was large and open and yet we had shade on either side of it. We loved our stay and will definitely return.

A Lovely Night's Stay
Connie (and her granddaughter) were delightful company and it was a lovely night's stay. I did not have trouble finding a level spot (sometimes a challenge with a rooftop tent), and surprisingly few bugs for a hot Georgia night next to a pond! Didn't stay long, but it exceeded my expectations. I even got some grapes, eggs, and local recommendations out of the deal!

Great host! Loved the Longhorns!
This was an awesome primitive camping experience! We brought our suv tent to test it out and met Connie at her front door. She brought us passed her longhorns, goats and roosters, passed the barn and the pond site to a secluded field with nice grass and some tall pines. A small bucket/pool noodle with bags for waste was provided which worked out perfectly for our short stay. She showed where the hay was to feed the animals and then left us to enjoy our stay. The drive to the site was a bit rocky but our subaru made it just fine. The stars were lovely and the sounds of the night made it just perfect for a night in April. Thank you Connie!

One of the best camping experiences I’ve ever had. Absolutely beautiful piece of land with the pond right next to the campsite. We had a good campfire going to keep us warm and the sounds of nature lulled us to a deep sleep. The following morning, Connie showed us around the property and gave us some of the history surrounding it. We said hi to all of the animals: goats, chickens, and a couple of handsome cows. Connie was the best, she made us feel right at home and I couldn’t wish for a better start to our thanksgiving road trip. Hopefully, we can come back!
