Smith Creek Campsite
Beautiful, spacious, & secluded!
We had such a great time at the Smith Creek Campsite! We’d absolutely love to stay here again sometime in the near future. There’s a large grassy area leading down to the pond, so we had plenty of great spots to choose from when pitching our tent. The ducks are adorable, and the pond is great for fishing. I caught my first fish here, which was a huge highlight of our stay! Larissa, the host, was super sweet and communicative when Hurricane Helene threw a wrench in our plans for our first night. We’re so grateful to her and her husband for working with us! Highly recommend this spot.

Ponds..Ducks..
Smith Creek Farm undoubtedly near the top of out HIP CAMP excursions. Our host Larissa made sure We had our extra firewood and a very great area to view the healthy pond and even the ducks were quite a show.... even though we were there only one day and night we knew right off we would be frequent gifts. It can't rocks!!

Awesome 😎 getaway!!
Very accommodating with allowing us to check in earlier during our staycation! Had an awesome view of the pond to take in first thing in the morning and last thing in the evenings. Because you can scan the QR code located on the table there was enough room to walk around the property and enjoy and feed the ducks that came up to our campsite! Close enough to get out and take in local stuff 😉 and items that were forgotten. We'll be back soon ☺️ for another visit!! Highly recommended for a minute away from the workplace grind and much needed peace of mind!
