Great RV lot in North Georgia mountain resort with electric, sewer and water. The turn to get the RV into the lot is very tight with two ditches on both sides of the entrance. So, only experienced drivers suggested for this lot. Fishing lakes, kayak, pool, tennis (amenities available for extra fee). The lot has a built in fire pit and grill. RV up to 36’ but would accommodate smaller RV better. This is a gated resort community and has several full time residents. So quiet hours are enforced. No tent camping allowed.Great RV lot in North Georgia mountain resort with electric, sewer and water. RV must be 10 years or newer model to enter the resort (NO EXCEPTIONS). Note: The playset has been removed. Fishing lakes, kayak, pool, tennis (amenities available for extra fee). The lot has a built in fire pit and grill. RV up to 36’ but would accommodate smaller RV better. This is a gated resort community and has several full time residents. So quiet hours are enforced. No tent camping allowed. Trash must be removed by the renter at end of rental agreement. The electric has both 30 and 50 amp hookup but only one can be chosen and used at one time.
