Hipcampers say this spot has amazing views.
My residential acres are surrounded by old growth forest with a creek and the North Oconee river. My home is up on the hill, overlooking the campsites, and the goats are busy landscaping the Hill. You can enjoy the river and go for hikes along the trails in the woods. You’re very close to the Eastside, Of Athens, and all the commercial needs. The property backs up to Uga’s golf course.

Riverside RV site
This is a great convienient spot has everything you need and nothing that you don’t. We stayed a night in our camper van and found everything as described. It is 10 minutes to downtown and perfect for going to a late show and not having to drive far. As someone said, have earplugs as it’s next to road. Even so it felt private and secure. Thanks!

Riverside RV site
It was a right neat set up. Very close to Athens. Nice clean bathhouse with a good shower and hot water. The river view was nice as well

Quiet Camp in The Heart of Athens
You can't find a better spot in Athens, the secluded tent site on the river gives you the feel of being in the mountains 100 miles north. James was an incredibly friendly and accommodating host. We will definitely be back.

Riverside RV site
Excellent location to Athens! Easy access right off the road and next to the river. Our host was super friendly and accommodating, highly recommend!

Cook’s Cove
This is my second time staying here. It was awesome as usual. The river in front of the campsite is beautiful, and Athens is surprisingly close. The State of Georgia Botanical Gardens and Watkinsville are both just up the road. The hot shower and clean bathroom are added bonuses!

Awesome spot, decently private but not far to get to downtown Athens. Nice bathhouse that’s only take a few minutes get to. The host was great, very welcoming. Will definitely come back
