Newer construction on 3+ acres with wooded, seasonal mountain views & complete 360-degree privacy! Just 5 minutes to Tallulah Gorge, historic Lakemont village, and 10 minutes to Lake Rabun and Clayton! Discover amazing hikes, swimming, boating, shopping and dining! Or, relax next to the fireplace or on the screened porch! Comfy beds, lux linens and nice cabin decor. Super clean and fresh! The space Open floor plan with a fully stocked kitchen, modern appliances and large island that overlooks the dining and living areas. The living area has a comfy couch and power recliner facing a warm gas fireplace that lights easily. There is a queen bedroom on the main floor that opens to a private screened in porch. The porch leads to the back deck with endless wooded and seasonal mountain views. There is a spacious, full bath (with tub) on the main level. Upstairs, you will find a large sleeping loft with a twin daybed, twin trundle bed, and twin pull out chair and sofa. The loft area has a door that can be closed for privacy. There is another bedroom upstairs with a queen-sized bed and full bathroom. This bedroom has french doors that open to a private sun deck overlooking the tranquil woods and mountains. The living area and bedrooms are equipped with Roku Smart TVs to stream all your favorites (Netflix included)! Ceiling fans in every room!
