WIFI and cable available but reception is not guaranteed. Paved 20’x50′ concrete pad. RV REGULATIONS AND SPECIFICATIONS: RVs who do not meet requirements will not be permitted within the Community. Class A - Minimum of 16 Feet Class B - Must be approved by Management. Minimum of 16 Feet - Bumper to Bumper. Class C - Must be approved by Management. Minimum of 16 Feet - Bumper to Bumper. Fifth Wheel - Minimum Length of 16 feet Livable Space. Travel Trailers - Minimum Length of 24 feet Livable Space. Lakeside RV Lot

Great flat concrete pad site. Close to the pool and laundry. Quiet in the evening.

Lakeside RV Lot

Amazing experience! Waterside was a perfect location for our Northern Georgia stay. Christy’s spot was beautiful and she did an excellent job communicating. Our trip went off without a hitch!

Lakeside RV Lot

The site (18) is not at all representative of the pictures on HipCamp. I would guess these pictures are 10 maybe 15 years old when the park was new. There are trees on the corner of each lot that are large and make it difficult to back in without brushing against them (we are in a 42' 5th wheel). The roads throughout the park are narrow which adds to the difficulty of backing in. Something 30' or less would probably be easier to back in. The picnic table was unusable and should have been scraped long ago. Other negatives, there is a lumber processing plant across the road that have machines running 24/7, a cow pasture backs up to one side of the park (pleasant smell and flies). Maybe okay for some but we would not return.

Nice clean park. People very friendly. Site was easy to back but in the future it may become a little more difficult because of the tree on driver’s side.

Lakeside RV Lot

Glamping @ Waterside

We had a blast at Christy’s site. The site has full hookups and trash pickup at 10:00am every day. We fish the stocked pond on the back catch & release like 20 fish, It was a lot of fun. The campground was nice and well maintained. We visited wineries, orchards and downtown Blue Ridge during our stay. Make sure to read the camp rules!

Lakeside RV Lot

Very cute spot backs up to the pond-full hookups. Great Family friendly community with lots of amenities. Safe roads for kids to ride bikes. Had a food truck set up on Saturday by the pool!
