Learn more about this land: We offer: Canoe, Fishing boat, Sandy Beach Swimming, SUP's, bycycles, grill, firepit, corn hole, With this site we have water, sewer and 30amp hookup. The site is a gravel or dirt site depending if you have a tent, camper or motorhome. The waterfront is well lit at night to offer a unique atmosphere for your nightly bombfires. We supply the wood. So come on down to Southern Georgia where great memories are made!Our Mini Resort offers use of Canoe, Fishing boat, Sandy Beach Swimming, SUP's, bycycles, grill, firepit, corn hole, and with this site it has 30 amp hookup with water and this site has gravel for you folks with a camper or motorhome. If using a tent we offer a different area to anchor. The waterfront is well lit at night to offer a unique atmosphere for your nightly bombfires. We supply the wood. So come on down to Southern Georgia where great memories are made! Please no smoking, no drugs no glass in common areas.

We had a great stay at Darrin’s place. He has everything you need to relax and enjoy! We will be back to visit again.

I couldn’t get my 35 ft fifth wheel into the campsite, I tried and ended up damaging my truck and fifth wheel. If you’re a big rig like me don’t go. I would have loved to stay because it is on water and I would have loved the campfire. But it was just too small and too difficult to get in to the site. Host was nice enough to refund my money.

This place is wonderful! We felt safe and cozy the entire time - loved the beautiful view of the lake and incredible amenities! Darrin was so kind and helpful. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Beautiful site!
We absolutely loved our stay here! Darrin & Julie were wonderful hosts and we had a great time chatting with them during our stay. They have created the perfect oasis and are so generous to share it with us travelers! From the hot tub to the fire pit and the hookups for our RV, it was such a treat. We also enjoyed riding our bikes around the neighborhood. We'd highly recommend a stay here either in your own rig or theirs!
