Zoie's Moonrise is a private RV Lot for 1 RV. We are located approximately 400 feet to our neighborhood private boardwalk. Zoie's can accommodate all sizes of RV's/Mororhome. 30/50 amp electric and full service water and sewer. We have a large screened porch and a fire ring. There are several restaurants on Cape San Blas Road and we have a very convenient restaurant at the beginning of Moonrise Ave. Cape San Blas allows bonfires on the beach, and is pet friendly. You can also go horseback riding on the beach! The Cape is a laid back community with a bike trail that goes all the way to the state park. Come enjoy the serenity of the Cape!Large lot with plenty of privacy. The lot is on the Gulf side of Cape San Blas with approximately 800 feet to the Gulf of Mexico. We are not Gulf front but close enough to hear the waves at night! Zoie's is Self Check In. Also a pet friendly site. Sorry no tents. Cape San Blas is known for fishing, boating or kayaking. Rent a bike and ride the trail. Sit in the screen porch and enjoy the sounds of the Gulf of Mexico! There is beach driving with a County permit only. Please adhere to the County ordinance of Leave No Trace and Mandatory Evacuation notice by Gulf County. If there is a Mandatory Evacuation by County Officials, you must move your RV off of the lot. It must be moved out of Cape San Blas into a inland area.

Zoie's Moonrise RV Lot

This spot is very private and has everything one needs to camp in a camper. The site is clean and well kept and very very quiet. You cannot hear any road noise at all. Nice owl calls/hoots when we were there. There are houses around the site (not super close) but the lot next to it is open, which makes it seem very private. Great for dogs and the screen enclosure is lovely to escape the few bugs we had in the evenings. Easy walk to the beach and nice walk along the road to the boardwalk on the bay.

Location is the best! Great biking and walking path to the state park. Don’t forget to go to Weber’s Donuts. Best around!

Camping w the pups

We loved Zoie’s Moonrise camping spot. It was an easy back in spot. It was a super quiet neighborhood and a nice walk to the beach. The beach was not crowded at all and the dogs loved it! The screened area was great! The host was very responsive and helpful. We would love to stay again.

Zoie's Moonrise RV Lot

We have a 32’ camper. We loved the location and the site. It was perfect for us and our pups. The private boardwalk was great and the beach was not crowded at all in our area. The screened in area was awesome. We could sit out there, cook, let the pups play, and still keep the bugs away. It was such a great trip. I was also impressed with the host who answered questions quickly. We will camp there again.

Zoie's Moonrise RV Lot

We enjoyed this stay very much!! Just a short walk to the path to the dog friendly beach. The outdoor shower and the clothes line were so handy. The screened in porch was a game changer, big enough for the picnic table, camp chairs and two dogs. It was secluded, quiet and relaxing. Convenient location to the cape, Port St. Joe and our favorite Indian Pass Raw Bar. We will be back!

Zoie's Moonrise RV Lot

Great place on The Cape!

Great spot! Super convenient to a few local areas. Lots of privacy. Beautiful beach access. Well maintained lot. The screen house was a GAME CHANGER for us. We have a small camper so that served as an extra room and hang out space for us.
