Waterfront Campsite, boasting a 40'x11'9" wrap-around Gulf-access boat slip with a covered lift, situated directly off the Intercoastal Waterway. The property features a fenced-in private backyard with a 50' x 20' dock. An annual lease is highly preferred, though consideration will be given to 6-month or month-to-month arrangements. Utilities include electric, water, and pump-out services. Additionally, a reserved parking spot is provided for personal vehicles.Private 6 ft high fenced Triangular lot on north side of house (11.5 ft at driveway, 40 ft wide at seawall, and 60 ft deep). 240v 50 amp, or 120v 50 amp, or 120v 30 amp, or 120v 15 amp, Water, and waste all available. We are on septic so pump out at Luves before arriving. Backyard with 200 ft dock on 165 foot wide Canal directly off Caloosahatchee River and Intercoastal Waterway 22 miles from Gulf of Mexico and four miles from downtown Fort Myers. Surrounded by 2 miles of Nature preserve with great fishing, and water trails through the mangroves, and 4 islands in river to be explored by kayak or small boat. 2 Inflatable Kayaks and 10 ft Row Boat free to use if cleaned up and put away. Optional 48v Electric Outboard with 2-3 hr battery available. Lot has 6 ft fence around with open view to waterfront and boat docks. We are corner lot in end of culdisack but you must be courteous and discrete to avoid complaints from retiree neighbors.
