Beautiful waterfront lot with nearly an acre of land. Access to the water view, and 1 mile from a beautiful beach that’s rarely crowed. There is a rustic shared camping cabin with a shower, toilet and kitchen which was built by my grandfather in the 1930s. You have access to many hoses and it’s possible to hook up an RV for an extra charge. The property is large, as we own 3 lots, so there is plenty of space to post up. We will be adding a luxury water view glamping tent soon if you would like an upgrade. The main 3 bedroom house is also for rent and sleeps 10 people. We have two paddleboards for rent, and its possible to pay to use a laundry room if its available. Private yoga and massage is also available, but must be booked in advance. Paddleboards: $15/hour or $35/day Washer-Dryer: $10/day Massage/Yoga: $100/hourThis private home is located on the Matanzas river (Intracoastal waterway) in a small town on a barrier island east of Palm Coast known as The Hammock. It is one mile from the Atlantic Ocean and is a tropical Utopia. Truly a secret gem in Florida. The space Our home is beyond beautiful with a relaxing and serene atmosphere. There is a dock that is great for sunbathing or fishing. Dolphins, manatees and sailboats pass on a daily basis. The ocean is only a mile away. Two minutes in the car, 5 minute bike (you can borrow beach cruisers) or 15 minute walk. The beach is relatively private, adjacent a Jack Nicholas progressional golf course. There is a grocery store one block away for convenience. There are cozy restaurants and cute towns near by, such as Saint Augustine and Daytona beach. Also, Disney World and all of the theme parks are only an 1.5 hour drive away. If you are looking for a peaceful beach getaway, this is your perfect rental for large groups and parties.

This was a little paradise on earth
This was a little paradise on earth. Melissa and Chris welcomed us with an open hart. It's a small campground (we were the only guests) with the feeling like we were in the jungle, Wow! They have a dock above the water where we could hang out and have dinner. The 2nd day it was Melissa's birthday. They had friends over and we were welcome to join them and some of the excellent bites they've made. What a wonderful place to stay.

Lovely old oak camping
What a beautiful piece of property to camp on - and a straight shot to the beach! Large, open area great for positioning the camper how we wanted. Though, there were some lower hanging powerlines that may give taller RVs some issue. Felt private and secluded, but within walking distance to a Publix, an amazing bakery (Friedas), and a few restaurants. Not a very touristy area, as the community is a golf club and resort. But perfect for getting away from all the people! We loved our stay and how accommodating the host was! Lent us her bikes and provided us with a few things we forgot at home. Would definitely stay again.

Cool Place
Very cool place. We chose this location because we have two dogs that are a little crazy. This location was nice and private. The property was very shaded and although there were homes around it you felt secluded. Beach was less than a mile away. Parking at beach was never a problem and the beach was awesome. Melissa was very responsive to texts and Chris who lives on the property helped me back the camper in and was super nice. There was a cabin on the property that we used for showers and a bathroom. If we ever visit this area of Florida again we will book with Melissa again.

Very welcoming host. We were travelling from Montreal, Quebec. We enjoyed a lot the place near the lagoon and not far from the beach. We went bike riding all the family together. Thank you Chris

Camping spot near water
Melissa has an absolutely beautiful property and was very kind and helpful. Whether you get to stay near the water, or if you get a spot near the endearing cabin among the trees, I'm sure you will have a peaceful and relaxing stay. There were plenty of trees to hang a hammock and have shade from the sun in our tent. The beach was pretty close and a walk to get coffee in the morning was an option. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again.
