Owner lives on-site in separate building. Hot tub Out door shower.... Security gate with code. Along with camera security system. 10 minutes and 5 red lights from downtown Ft meyers nightlife and shopping. Minutes from the caloosahatchee River, shell factory and Sun-n-Fun water park. Several parks an walking trails are within minutes.... Large yard.... possible rental to corporation needing safe storage for equipment.

Tony was very understanding, helpful, and friendly! The extra security measures were very nice and gave us extra peace of mind, and the site was clean and chill! (:

Disappointed
Super nice guy. Advertised full hookup but after reservation we were told we were on “backup site”. No water. No sewer but we did have electric. My complaint is I wouldn’t have made the reservation if I knew it wasn’t full hookup. Thankfully there is a Loves 7 miles away to dump tanks.

A great stay in North Fort Myers!
Tony was a great host and we enjoyed staying on his property. A great location. Publix is 5 minutes down the road as are many other stores and gas stations. We loved the fenced in yard for our fur babies. The electronic gate was convenient and offered a nice sense of security.
