Royal Springs River House Retreat aka "The Treehouse" This 3 acre Retreat is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath stilt house with epic breezes and views of the historic Suwannee River, with huge wrap around deck, covered screened room with breakfast bar, and large Florida room aka the game room with foosball table/chess/checkers/backgammon and Pac-Man arcade game. It has multiple picnic tables, outside grill, fire pit, hammocks, and authentic Adirondack chairs for relaxing by the fire, or by the river, all overlooking a huge backyard and natural river view. Bring your RV as well - there is plenty of room, or see listing link below for full hook-ups next door! Bring a picnic lunch and walk to Royal Springs and jump off the dock into the crystal clear blue/green spring. Bring your boat or jet ski as there is a boat ramp at the spring as well. Kayak up and down the river and discover the hidden springs nearby. Go spring hopping to some of the many beautiful springs in the area, such as Little River Spring, Peacock Springs, Charles Springs, and be sure to tube the lazy river at Ichetucknee Springs. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, picnic table, hammocks, fire pit and benches for relaxing by the fire, or by the river. Bring a picnic lunch and walk to Royal Springs and jump off the dock into the crystal clear blue/green spring. Bring your boat or jet ski as there is a county maintained boat ramp at the spring as well (watch the river levels, or put in at the ramp in Branford for deepwater all the way to the Gulf). Go spring hopping to some of the many beautiful springs in the area, such as Little River Spring, Peacock Springs, Charles Springs, and be sure to tube the lazy river at Ichetucknee Springs. We have kayaks and and easy river access on site. Some of the amenities that the Retreat has to offer include: Wifi, coffee bar, game room with foosball table, chess, backgammon, board games, a small workout area all overlooking the river; a washing machine and clothes dryer, canoe, paddleboard and kayaks. If you are a concert lover, Spirit of the Suwannee River Music Park is a scenic 1/2 hour country drive away. Suwannee River Fishing: Suwannee Bass, Largemouth Bass, Bream, Red bellies, Crappie, Catfish Natural Horsemanship lessons may be available on weekends by appointment.

We absolutely loved Christine’s property and house, will definitely be back! The house was very spacious for our family and had a fun game room the whole family enjoyed. There was a screened in porch over looking the back yard and a beautiful view of the Suwannee river. It was also a super short drive to Royal Springs. Christine was a great host and would recommend her property to anyone.
