Majestic oaks draped in Spanish moss create a picturesque backdrop for morning walks or invigorating bike rides. Just steps away, enjoy easy water access with a boat ramp perfect for launching your jet ski, kayak, paddle board or boat into the sparkling bay. The sugar-white sands and emerald waters of the Gulf of America are a short, scenic drive away. Experience the bliss of a less crowded beach while still being close to all the top attractions, springs, rivers and beach areas this region has to offer; NAS Museum (home to the Blue Angels), Pensacola Beach (Bands on the Beach each week, free concert series during season), the Destin Harbor, infamous Crab Island and for those who don't mind a little drive, 30A, Panama City, Gulf Shores (famous Florabama bar) are a few hours away. Bring your fur baby! A well-behaved small dog is more than welcome to join the fun at Bayside Bliss. And the kids? They'll be in heaven! Our awesome jungle gym is ready for climbing adventures, and there's room galore for them to run, play, and burn off that energy. Imagine sipping your morning coffee to the sweet sounds of nature's chorus – birds serenading you while playful squirrels chase each other through the treetops. Evenings? Pure magic. Take a leisurely stroll to the water's edge and witness a sunset that will take your breath away. Fire up the grill for a sizzling feast, then gather 'round the crackling firepit as the moon and stars put on a dazzling show. Trust us, from the moment you arrive, you'll understand why we call this our little slice of paradise! We have 50 amp electric and water spigot available, but NO septic. Beach chairs, umbrella, kiyaks and a bike are available for your use. Your hosts live right next door, ensuring you get the full southern hospitality experience!Your site is beautifully situated under the shade of some mighty oaks and magnolias, which you will come to appreciate in the middle of the summer heat here in Florida. We have lots of tropical landscaping, flowers, fountains, bird baths, outdoor fish tank and grape arbor for you to enjoy. This is a very peaceful, quiet subdivision filled with friendly people. The kids will enjoy the jungle gym and have plenty of space to run and just be "kids." Comfortable tables and seating is available throughout the property, as well as a grill area and fire pit for your enjoyment. We have beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, snorkel gear and a beach wagon. All you need to pack is your swimsuit and SPF! This is a "back-in" spot that most any size rig will easily fit, with plenty of parking available for your vehicle. We live in a cul-de-sac and have a one acre property. Our home is right next door to this lot, so if you need anything, we can handle it immediately. We have private gated access to East Bay water access at the end of the street, which includes a small pier, boat ramp, horseshoe pit, table & chairs and beach area, depending on the tides. We have a neighborhood gathering here every Friday night, which our guests are welcome to attend. We're in a great location. Sometimes we're in the flight pattern of the famous Blue Angels and they fly right over our house, which is super exciting! The beach is just a short drive away, we've got grocery stores and shopping just minutes away and all the major tourist attractions are within an hour of the house.
