New beautiful resort at Canopy Oaks
Beautiful beginnings for Canopy Oaks!! The amenities are insane and the grounds are gorgeous. We did have problems with our water pressure which basically was a drizzle at times.

Rv Resort Vibe
If your looking for an RV resort vibe with all the services then this is a great option. We had a terrific time at Canopy Oaks. Definitely going back in the fall when the weather is a little cooler. Excellent services at a reasonable prices.

I felt that it was a beautiful place and very accommodating, a pool and 2 dog parks and country store ,and crafts and just everything a person or a family with children and with dogs would like!Everything about the place was wonderful! We will go back again!, the people at the store were very nice people as well , I love everything about it.

Thoroughly enjoyed our time
This resort was designed with large RVs in mind (think concrete pads and large campsites). Trees have been planted but are small. In a couple years it will be gorgeous! Staff was very friendly and I was greeted by name at check in before I even closed the door.
Amenities were super nice including a beautiful pool and hot tub, well kept clubhouse with pool, ping pong, puzzles, board games, a store and snack bar/sandwich shop. There is also a tiki bar (we did not visit). Activities included pickleball, Bocce ball, basketball, Shuffleboard. We appreciated there were two dog parks, with zero poop left from inconsiderate people. The most appreciated amenity was leaving your garbage at the end of your site each morning for pickup by staff.
We went the week prior to Memorial Day and had the place to ourselves, which was joyous. That changed when Friday came and people arrived for the long weekend. Golf cart rentals skyrocketed; the place was buzzing. They had special activities for the holiday. We spent a day exploring Bok Gardens and Lake Wales, which we enjoyed.
Cost increased dramatically for the weekend as I’m sure it does during peak season. But if you don’t mind the heat, you can get a great deal in a resort.
