Learn more about this land: We recently purchased this 10 acre property. It is perfectly flat and level. We currently have 8 sites available with 30/50 amp and water. The local Camping World in Lake City FL has a dump station, so I advise dumping your tanks before you arrive.Nice quiet area. Partially wooded, partially open grassy field. If you want total privacy and want to boondock (no hookups) you can go the the far edge of the field and park partially in the woods. Evacuated from

We ended up at Pop Pop’s place to evacuate from Hurricane Milton. What a wonderful host and property! Don and his wife were amazing. There were several others who also evacuated there too. Don made a bonfire one night and we all sat around the fire. It was really nice. Will plan another trip there to really enjoy the property and area!

Don was extremely welcoming and friendly. His property is wonderful, spacious and a short drive from Lake City. Utility hookups were great minus the sewage which can be dumped at a Camping world nearby.

Don was an amazing host. Went out of his way to help or offer any assistance. Helped me get to dealership to pick up my truck from service. Bella puppy dog was a gem and great host too.

Spacious excellent safe

This was our first time using Hipcamp! Don and His wife were excellent hosts! And very knowledgeable about my motorhome that needed a little work! So blessed to stay there!! Would highly recommend to anyone passing thru. Plenty of space to move around. We have a 45ft motorhome plus towing a minivan. Also felt very safe with my family there. You will not be disappointed!!

This place was Great, Pop was there and Very friendly. He is a RV restoration hóbbyist. Had béautiful RV project in the works. Follow directions and you can't miss it.

Ron greeted us as we pulled in .. l parked on large grassy area next to his shop building. Water and electric hookups. Very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this spot!
