This property is called relic ranch because we have actually found a ton of old relics. the campground is under an ancient canopy of oaks. so youll always have shade. the center of the property is unique to say the least but the campground is nature at its finest. there is a 2.6 mile nature trail across from the campground to explore. also there is a boat ramp for fishing about 1/8 mile away. you are welcome to roam over most of the 80 acres. We have goats, cows and chickens as well. All super friendly.Welcome Y'all!! Here at North Shore Relic Ranch, we are minutes from wekiva springs and rock springs. Plus this is home to our 11 cool cows 5 adult goats 4 baby's and about 50 crazy chickens, which you can interact with. A little bit of something for everyone. We have some interesting vehicles on the property to check out. There are also miles of marked nature trails next to the camp sites. Lake Apopka and canals to kayak on, are only 800 feet away, and there is a 15 mile free nature drive just minutes away. Or just relax and camp/explore! (Tents available for rent, we also have 2 horse stalls for rent, so you can bring your horse to ride the trails)There are different areas around the property where you can camp. A very laid back, chill vibe. Campsite areas are quite vast, so privacy should be of no concern! Fishing is allowed on our property and next door there are state owned hiking trails and canals to fish & kayak on. Plus a boat ramp to launch with restrooms. Campers are asked not to enter/loiter around the 2 private residences, please respect privacy. (but have no concern, there is absolutely plenty of room to wander the camp area and explore!!) There is lots of wildlife so bring the camera, and not only wildlife, our farm animals are huge hams when it comes to pictures (no pun intended, lol) Fire wood/Water/ Soft drinks/ Snacks available to purchase.

North Shore Relic Ranch

Perfect spot for us.

What a great spot! We were greater by James with great hospitality. Showed me a few sites as we were hammock camping with three. Not sure the name of our site but it was perfect! It was rainy and hot but hey it's the middle of summer in Florida, haha. It was peaceful, convenient, beautiful and I only had wished I could have stayed another night to explore the land and areas recommended around it. I will definitely be looking at booking here again.

North Shore Relic Ranch is one of the most amazing campgrounds I have ever stayed at through hip camp or any other venue our host the huntsman Mayer and his wife silly the huntress Sealy are the bomb this is the home of the butt nuggets and they have goats and cows and ducks and chickens fresh farm leg butt nuggets free range it's the greatest place I would recommend it to everyone in the world if I could

Couldn’t ask for better!

We had a great stay at North Shore Relic Ranch! James and his significant other are easy to get along with, nice, and reliable hosts! Any problems that we had in our 3 week stay James was quick to resolve! My kiddos were introduced to their farm animals. They were able to feed, pet, and interact with them! There are many cool and fun attractions near by. We really enjoyed Wekiwa Springs. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay or price range. We were able to camp with all 3 of our large size dogs. Thank you James for an awesome first Hipcamp experience!

Unique and secluded.

Nice hideaway with secluded campsite. Owner's very friendly and accommodating. Nice eclectic place to stay. Visit the cows, goats and chickens. Close to Lake Apoka Wildlife Drive. We will visit again.

Very peaceful

Loved loved loved, my family and I tent camped and was very quiet and peaceful. Close to trails and fishing, we really enjoyed ourselves! Our host James headed us a map and gave us a quick run down of all activities near. We even got to stop at the Scott’s farmers mart that was in town on the same road we were camping at.
