Our unique little hideaway 2 miles from the beach, we have 2 camp sites #1 has full hook ups, water, sewer, electric, Wi-Fi, and can be 22ft max., small motorhomes or vans prefered for this spot, its very tight. Camp#2 has electric and water only and RV can be up to 28 feet max. We have a large saltwater pool to relax (not heated), read and sunbathe. A lot of privacy on our 1 acre lot, we keep it quiet, no kids staying or visiting. Set back from the road in a very nice and safe neighborhood. Jeff and I live on the property that is also shared with other vacationers. We have 3 rooms as short term rentals, each have a separate entrance and bath. All guests share outdoor common areas, pool, fire pits grill area and gas grill. When requesting to book please let us know the type, size of RV or TT, and tow vehicle to help us understand how much room you will need. This is a one of a kind in our area, come check it out! Lynne property was the perfect campsite. Water, power, and nice level spot. Beautiful place tucked away in a nice neighborhood. Very safe location and convenient to everything. Great hosts.

Convenient and quiet

Beautiful site, 30Amp plug and water, didn't use pool but seemed clean. Lots of guests coming and going on the property but still very quiet. Also great park with a 2mile running trail a few blocks away.

Wonderful spot to stay! Our hosts were friendly and welcoming! The property is filled with flora and fauna and we met the Airbnb folks staying there also. (3 Airbnb suites) and 2 Rv hookups. There are two fire pits, but we all congregated our last night there at the one in the back. A lot of good vibes from others staying there. They had a grill, extra folding chairs and a bunch of wooden Adirondack chairs. They had firewood to buy on the honor system and washer and dryer to use also on the honor system! The very best hip camp we have found! We look forward to returning!!

The site was very nice - clean and fairly level. Just had to put levelers on one side of the RV. Nice outside covered seating area behind campsite. Great seating area around a campfire ring near very clean and spacious pool area behind campsite. Convenient laundry and inexpensive ($1 for wash and $1 for dryer). Backing down the driveway to the site was a little difficult for our 24ft class C RV. Big rigs would have a very difficult time backing down the driveway. Host was great. Would stay again.

Incredible campsite!

Lynne was the perfect host! We stayed in site #2 it was spacious, level, and we were able to use the adjoining covered patio. Her home is beautifully landscaped and maintained. The neighborhood is very nice and in a totally safe area. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, peaceful close to the beach area.

Nice spot to overnight!

Near Beach Pool Adult Only Camp #1

Site #1 was great place to park for an overnight or 2. Even though you are parked in the driveway in front of the house, it's secluded from the road by lots of bushes and beautiful landscaping. The owners, Lynn and Jeff, were there to greet us with some really good rum cake, then gave us our space to set up for the night. There is another RV spot or two and three Airbnb rentals within the house itself. Very well set up. A good spot for dinner is Clear Sky on Park. Also, public parking at 1st ave and also at 12th ave Indian Shores Beach was not a problem in early February. Would definitely stay here again.
